Free Shipping All Across India

Lillibet offers shipping all across India, free of any charges.

At the moment we do not ship internationally. If and when we commence international shipping, the terms will be updated here.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days, and delivery can be expected between 3-7 days after shipping confirmation, depending on the location. However, at this time of the pandemic, there could be unforeseen delay beyond expected periods, in case of containment zones and other unavoidable circumstances regarding Covid-19.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

We avail the services of Speed Post or other reliable courier companies which provide tracking information. Lillibet is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Lillibet.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at mail.lillibet@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the case of a rare instance of total inability to deliver due to unavoidable circumstances, we shall notify you of the same and cancel your order, and you will get a full refund.
